Frequently Asked Questions
Not exactly. While I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over 17 years of training and practice, this offering is not traditional. It blends therapeutic modalities with spiritual insight, intuitive practices, and ritual. It’s not governed by pathology, symptomatology, or other medical boxes. This space is more fluid, mystical, and spiritually attuned.
Let’s have a conversation. If you're interested in integrating these practices, we’ll explore what that shift could look like while still honoring the therapeutic container. There are ethical and professional boundaries to uphold, so we’ll move intentionally and ensure the path forward feels clear and aligned.
Because transformation takes time, tools, and trust, thirteen sessions give us space to go deep, spiral, return, and integrate—not just understand something, but feel it differently. This format allows for a natural arc: In. Through it. And back to a place that feels whole and sustainable. We’re not rushing to fix—you’re returning to yourself in a way that sticks.
You're welcome to extend the container if it feels supportive. Some clients complete 13 sessions and feel fully integrated. Others continue with monthly or seasonal sessions, or step into a new rhythm of support. We’ll let your body and timing guide the next step.
There is no “typical.” Every session is guided by what’s alive for you. That might include somatic tracking, ritual, energy work, card pulls, deep listening, or just space to speak what hasn’t been spoken. Some days feel like ceremony. Some feel like exhale. We follow what wants to unfold.
If you’re craving a space where you don’t have to shrink, over-perform, or explain yourself, you’re in the right place. This work is especially resonant for spiritually curious humans who feel something calling—but can’t always name what it is. If you're open to intuition, integration, and healing that doesn't follow a script, you’ll feel at home here.
