Soulful Psychotherapy

Needs a heading
You’ve done the therapy. You’ve journaled, reflected, and processed. You’ve studied healing, helped others heal, held space, and held so much. You’ve become emotionally aware, maybe even spiritually open, but despite all of it, something still feels disconnected.
You don’t need more insight. You need a place where your nervous system can exhale, where your identity isn’t split between personal, cultural, and spiritual parts of you, where grief doesn’t have to be named to be honored, where you don’t have to shrink—or explain—to be seen.
Soulful Psychotherapy is for clients who want to integrate the emotional, the spiritual, and the somatic—all in one grounded space. It’s for the ones who’ve done the work, but still feel like there’s something their healing has yet to hold.
This is not about managing symptoms. It’s about honoring all the wisdom you already carry—and helping you return to it.

This Space Is For You If...
You’re not new to healing—you’ve already begun the journey. What you need now is a space that can hold your fullness. A place that meets you with depth, presence, and care.
You might be:
- A therapist, educator, or caregiver navigating burnout or compassion fatigue.
- A deep-feeling, first-gen, queer or trans person carrying cultural and ancestral weight.
- Someone craving healing that includes your rituals, your roots, and your whole identity.
- A sensitive human who knows why you feel the way you do—but still feels stuck in it.
- A seeker who’s tired of shrinking or over-explaining to be understood.
- Spiritually open—but unsure how to include that in your healing without being dismissed
You’re not too much. You’re just ready to be held differently.
The Healing That Happens Here
This is trauma-informed therapy that centers your whole self - mind, body, energy, and lived experience. It’s not a formula. It’s a relationship. A steady, sacred space where what’s present can be met with presence.
Cris brings over 17 years of clinical training and intuitive wisdom into this work. Holding space with a depth of presence that’s gentle, honest, and precise. Weaving in body-based awareness, spiritual frameworks, and sacred tools to meet whatever arises.
This is where the internalized narratives can soften. Where shame starts to shift. Where the sacred and the psychological are allowed to speak to each other. And where you begin to remember what’s always been true.
In this work, you can expect to:
- Slow down enough to notice what’s really happening in your body.
- Track and soften the survival patterns that are still running.
- Bring compassion to the parts of you that feel too much, too sensitive, or too tired.
- Explore grief, identity, and unmet needs without shame.
- Build internal capacity to rest, express, and trust your knowing.
- Reconnect with your voice, your boundaries, and your body’s wisdom.
This work is part therapy, part ceremony—something between an exhale and a homecoming.

Rooted in Science. Shaped by Soul.
Each session is guided by your body’s wisdom, your emotional landscape, and what’s true for you in the moment. We use the frameworks that best support you—never forced, never prescriptive.
Spiritual Psychotherapy
A space for ritual, intuition, and your unique belief systems to be welcomed into your healing. Whether you’re connected to astrology, ancestral traditions, or inner wisdom, it’s all part of the work.
Somatic Psychotherapy:
This approach supports nervous system awareness and body-based processing. You'll learn to recognize how emotions live in the body and build tools to hold them with care.
Gestalt Psychotherapy:
A relational, experiential practice focused on what’s happening in the present moment. This work supports insight through direct experience and dialogue—allowing old patterns to shift without force.
Eco Art Psychotherapy:
Creative, symbolic, and nature-based. Through art, image, metaphor, and movement, you’ll access the parts of you that may not speak in words—and integrate those truths through process.
The Focus Areas Cris Is Most Often Trusted to Hold
