1) The short-term treatment lasts for 12 sessions over 12 weeks or we can find a flow that is right for you (the first 2 sessions are for information gathering and planning).
2) The first session is a 45 minute intake to get information about you and your current situation and to collaboratively define a clear goal and objective that can be addressed within 10 sessions.
3) Your therapist then designs your treatment plan and presents it to you during your second session. Here you will collaborate together make changes or additions to this plan.
4) The following 10 sessions are the actual treatment sessions with your last session dedicated to reviewing your experience, progress, and important takeaways.
