This includes an elemental assessment to reveal imbalances across earth, air, fire, and water. We’ll then meet live to orient together, set intentions, and prepare the ground for our work.

I’m Cris Fort, a counselor who supports women in rediscovering calm and inner stability. My sessions combine reflection, awareness, and care to help you feel grounded, open, and emotionally aligned.

How does virtual therapy work?
You’ll join each session from your own space through a private and secure Zoom link. We meet weekly for 45 minutes, creating a consistent rhythm that helps you feel supported, grounded, and seen. Many women find that even through a screen, the sense of connection feels real and immediate.
What kind of therapy do you offer?
I offer somatic therapy, gestalt therapy, shadow work therapy, and eco art therapy. These approaches nurture presence, emotional healing, and connection to your inner wisdom.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
You can reschedule or cancel a session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Later cancellations are billed in full. You may reschedule up to four times per year with proper notice at no cost, so we can keep the work consistent while allowing for life’s changes.
What if I’m not sure this is the right fit?
You don’t have to decide right away. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can get a feel for the space, ask questions, and sense whether the connection feels right.
With whom do you work and where?
I work online with women, femmes, queer, Latinx, gender-non-conforming, and trans adults across New York State. With 17 years of experience in Somatic, Gestalt, and Creative Arts psychotherapy, I support people navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, and self-doubt. My goal is to help you reconnect with strength, clarity, and the grounded peace that already lives inside you.
