How does virtual therapy work?
Simple and deeply effective, virtual sessions create connection no matter the distance. We meet once a week for 45 minutes through a private, HIPAA-compliant Zoom link. Gradually, the screen becomes a window of presence where you feel seen, supported, and grounded.
What kind of therapy do you offer?
I offer an integrative path through somatic therapy, gestalt therapy, shadow work therapy, and eco art therapy, designed to bring harmony to your emotional and spiritual life.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
Respectfully maintaining continuity supports your healing rhythm. If you need to change your appointment, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions canceled later are charged in full. Flexibly, you may cancel up to four times per year with notice at no cost, helping keep our work balanced and consistent.
What if I’m not sure this is the right fit?
Naturally, uncertainty is part of beginning something new. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can experience the energy of the space before committing. Usually, clients leave this first call with a sense of clarity about whether the work feels aligned for them.
With whom do you work and where?
Virtually available throughout New York State, I offer 45-minute weekly online psychotherapy to women, femmes, queer, Latinx, gender-non-conforming, and trans adults aged 21 and older. Compassionately informed by 17 years of experience, I specialize in supporting those navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, toxic shame, negative self-talk, and life transitions. Additionally, I provide online supervision for new therapists seeking guidance in somatic, Gestalt, and creative arts approaches, as well as support in building their own private practices anywhere in the world.
