How does virtual therapy work?
Sessions take place once a week through a private and secure Zoom platform that follows HIPAA standards. Each 45-minute meeting allows us to build consistency and trust, which are essential for lasting transformation.
What kind of therapy do you offer?
I offer four therapeutic approaches: somatic therapy, gestalt therapy, shadow work therapy, and eco art therapy. Each invites self-awareness through intuitive connection, mindfulness, and embodied healing.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your session. Later cancellations will be billed in full. You can cancel up to four times per year with notice at no cost, ensuring both consistency and flexibility.

You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation to ask questions and feel into the connection before beginning. This call helps us see if the process aligns with what you need.
